Since the start of Globachem until now, some 25 years later, our values have remained the same. We have cast these values in the 7-letter word FRAMILY to emphasise, among all other values, our sense of family.
Fun
Shaping the future can and should be fun. That is why we integrate fun at work. Because a team that can laugh together can change the world. During working hours there is a relaxed environment and afterwards we catch up at our own afterwork concept Comco Café.
Respect
We highly value respect for each other, our colleagues, customers and suppliers. We do this by actively promoting open communication so that we (learn to) understand each other. As a company pursuing sustainable impact and long-term partnerships, this value is indispensable.
Ambition
Globachem has grown from a small family business to a global player. And we remain ambitious! We also encourage our employees to step out of their comfort zone so that they too can continue to grow.

Every function within the Globachem operation is necessary to ensure our success. That is why we join forces and are one team: wherever we are in the world. During our annual team-buildings, this team spirit is reinforced.
