Business Developer Innovations for North America

Job description

• You are responsible for the commercialization of Globachem’s own developed innovative crop protection products in North America with an initial focus on USA.
• You provide market insights, map competition and competing products.
• You are able to build a strong technical basis and understanding about our innovations and to transform your technical knowledge in compelling use recommendations to support a quick and convincing adoption in the market.
• You lead pre-launch initiatives and support distributors to ensure successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.
• You are well connected with a solid network of distributors, CRO’s, advisors and industry influencers in USA and you are capable to build such a network in Canada.
• You coordinate annual trial plans to meet regulatory, crop safety, compatibility and sales requirements.
• You represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.
• Together with the responsible sales manager and the Head of Sales and Marketing, you select the distribution partners and set pricing.
• You work closely with your colleagues from Sales & Marketing, and also across other departments such as R&D, Product Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain.

• You are part of the Sales & Marketing department and report to the Project Accelerator Innovations at our Headquarters in Belgium.
