Globachem receives Best Managed Companies label for the first time

Globachem has received the Best Managed Companies label for the first time. This recognition is awarded to Belgian privately owned companies that excel in strategy, innovation, corporate culture and sustainable entrepreneurship. The programme is an initiative of Deloitte Private, Econopolis and KU Leuven.

The award comes at a special moment: this year, Globachem celebrates its 25th anniversary and is one of the 25 companies to receive the label in 2026. The jury highlighted, among other things, Globachem’s unique position within the sector. Among international giants, the company has succeeded in achieving strong global growth, driven by a clear long-term vision and a strong focus on innovation.

This forward-looking approach is deeply embedded in Globachem’s DNA. The development and registration of new solutions often requires a process of around ten years. Thinking ahead is therefore essential in order to continue offering relevant, innovative solutions to farmers and distribution partners worldwide.

The Best Managed Companies process offered Globachem both valuable confirmation and new insights. It underlined the company’s strong foundations, while also bringing further development opportunities into sharper focus. Recently, Globachem also took an important step in its continued growth: founders Els Paesmans and Koen Quaghebeur redefined their roles. Quaghebeur will now focus on innovation, new markets and product development as CVO (Chief Visionary Officer), while Paesmans fully assumes the day-to-day leadership as CEO.

“The Best Managed Companies process has challenged our management team and confirmed that we are on the right track,” says CEO Els Paesmans. says CEO Els Paesmans.

With this recognition, Globachem looks to the future with pride, ambition and a grounded mindset.
