Supply Chain Coordinator – Customer Service

You will join our Supply Chain team and together with our Sales department you are the first point of contact for our customers. You ensure the correct processing of orders, from entry to invoicing. You follow up the forecast and together with your colleagues from Product Supply, Transport and Warehouse, you are always looking for the best solution to supply our customers. You do everything you can to keep customer satisfaction continuously at a high level.

A challenging job content

  • You are responsible for processing our customers' orders from A to Z; you receive the orders, put them in the ERP system and follow up the orders until they are delivered to the customer.
  • You co-manage the delivery of customers from our own warehouse or from local depots.
  • You are the first point of contact for customers for questions and remarks regarding their orders. You ensure that remarks and complaints are correctly passed on within Globachem.
  • You work closely with Sales & Marketing and you monitor the forecast for the assigned customers and products.
  • You offer commercial support to the representatives.
  • You work together with Finance in order to ensure a correct invoicing.
  • As a member of the Supply Chain team, you are in constant contact with colleagues who are responsible for planning and logistics, to stay informed about the situation with regard to
  • product availability and to ensure that supply and demand are aligned.
  • You report to the Supply Chain Manager.


  • You have at least a bachelor's degree in Business Management or Logistics Management or equivalent. You have a first experience in Customer Service or Logistics.
  • You are very customer-oriented, problem-solving and you always communicate clearly and smoothly, both to customers and colleagues.
  • You work accurately and you excel at organizing your work.
  • You are stress resistant, fluent with numbers and work proactively.
  • You speak and write fluently in Dutch, English and French. German is a plus.
  • You work smoothly with Microsoft Office. You have knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
