What began in 2000 at the kitchen table of our founders, Koen Quaghebeur and Els Paesmans, has grown into a global team of 150 dedicated professionals. This milestone reflects not only our growth in numbers, but also our evolution into a leading player in sustainable crop protection.

In nearly 25 years, Globachem has transformed from a local family business into an international organisation with operations across the globe.
