Functieomschrijving

You further develop the sales and expand the market share for Globachem’s crop protection products in the Nordics and Baltics, with a focus on customer intimacy and personalized service.
You build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You enlarge your existing network with new clients.
You prepare accurate sales forecasts and identify business opportunities based on customer insights and market trends.
You work closely with other departments and teams (such as Customer Service, Marketing, Finance and others) to provide the best service to our clients and share valuable feedback from market’s and customer’s perspective.
You are part of the global Sales & Marketing team and report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

Belangrijkste vaardigheden en kwalificaties

You have a Master in Bioscience engineering or equivalent.
You have a proven and successful track record in sales of crop protection products.
You have a strong understanding of the agricultural industry in your region, including knowledge of farming practices, crop cycles, and market dynamics.
You have excellent communication skills and are able to negotiate on both commercial and technical level.
You are fluent in English, written and verbally.
You are proactive and have a “go for it” mentality
You are located in one of the countries of the Nordics and Baltics region and are flexible to travel within your region and also abroad. Regular visits to the head office of Globachem in Sint-Truiden (Belgium) are required.
