Technical Assistant – Crop protection Field Trials – Poland

Functieomschrijving
- You support the research and development processes on plant protection products.
- You coordinate field studies and develop, prepare, and communicate detailed trial protocols.
- You are the primary point of contact with research units, handling trial requests, negotiating prices, and managing permits and invoices.
- You continuously monitor and follow up on ongoing trials, including site visits to assess protocol implementation and progress of the studies.
- You collect, analyse and report data from the field and laboratory trials and use the ARM tool to manage all the data.
- You are part of the local team in Poland and will have a close connection with the Product Development team, located at our head office in Belgium.
Belangrijkste vaardigheden en kwalificaties
- You have an education background in agriculture, horticulture or biology.
- You have sufficient knowledge of English in written and orally to be able to communicate efficiently with your colleagues from other departments.
- You have good analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- You can determine priorities and you can organize your work in a structured way.
- You are located in Poland and are flexible to travel within your region and also abroad.
